How to register for Emergency Solar Management (ESM)
Don't panic when you received an email from Synergy that says "Your solar PV system is subject to the ESM requirements as specified within your DEBS contract with Synergy".
The only thing that you need to do is to register your solar system on Synergy.
The Step of registering your System

Click the "form" icon from your email
2. Next step is to fill in the form

Synergy Account number can be found on the right top conner of your energy bill

Inverter information can be found on your inverter information panel which is normally on the side or bottom of the inverter
Inverter manufacturer / brand
Inverter model typle / number
Inverter serial number
Inverter nameplate capacity(in kW)
3. Company who supplied your solar PV system form / installed it
company is Aurenew Energy
4. Agree on all the Privacy Policy and Collection of Information Statement
5. Click
6. All done, you are successfully registered your system with Syenrgy
