What is the cost of adding extra batteries?

The base price of one RedX 5.12kWh battery is $5,800. However, with our rebate program, after a $2,000 rebate, you can reduce the cost to $3,800 per battery.
The base price of Dyness 10.24kWh battery is $9,799. However, with our rebate program,  after a $4,000 rebate, you can reduce the cost to $5,799 per battery.
The base price of SolaX 3.6kWh battery is $2,399. However, with our rebate program, you  after a $1,400 rebate, can reduce the cost to $1,999 per battery.

Why is there a difference between the energy consumption shown in the battery APP and the reading from Synergy?

Accepted Answer

The battery CTs (current sensors) or smart meters measure current by detecting changes in the magnetic field around the cable, and it's normal for these readings to have some errors. Typically, the error ranges between 0.05 kW and 0.15 kW, which means the higher your energy usage, the lower the percentage of error, resulting in a more accurate reading.
Additionally, the battery takes some time to respond to changes in current when charging or discharging, which is another factor contributing to the reading not being 100% accurate.

Can the battery work with my existing solar panel system?

Accepted Answer

Yes, RedX is an AC-coupled battery and is compatible with any type and brand of inverter, much like the Tesla Powerwall, making it easy to integrate with your existing setup.
However, for Dyness and SolaX batteries, which are DC-coupled, you'll need to replace your current inverter with a suitable hybrid inverter to make these batteries work.

Does the battery provide power during a blackout?

Yes, it can power essential systems such as lighting and some outlets during a blackout. Please note that extra wiring by an electrician is required, which will incur additional costs.
